Hi Jane,
Found this from a post you made on the dealer support forum. I have just created a twitter account to try it out. I am interested in seeing how we can use social networking to benefit our business.
Our business has just moved from vow to spicers in January and we have found some good things and some not so great. The main reason for teh move was the awefull support from vow customer services.

Twitter has come a really long way. It is not just a social networking platform. There are companies that are planning complete campaigns based on twitter.
